By placing an order and/or accepting delivery of any product from It's Blooming (“IB”), you (“Buyer”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. Buyer and IB agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between IB and the Buyer and supersede any prior or contemporaneous negotiation or agreements. Any additional or different terms are rejected unless expressly agreed to by IB in writing.

Combining Orders
IB does not offer the ability to combine orders. IB is a small operation and combining orders is too time consuming. Buyer must place new orders with individual shipping for each order.
Plugs
Buyer accepts that all plant plugs grown in controlled environments like greenhouses are a breeding ground for fungus gnats. Although various controls/products are used to break the breeding cycle of gnat larvae/eggs, it's possible, depending on the larvae/egg cycle, plugs may still have carry over eggs/larvae that mature during shipping. Therefore when the package is opened, gnats may be present.
Buyer accepts some plants will experience shock during transit. Once potted up and fertilize, they usually rebound.
Processing
Bulbs, corms, tubers and preorders sold in advance of planting dates will be processed close to the time of shipping. The shipping period will be clearly posted for each category. All other products are processed within 1 to 2 weeks.
Shipping
A shipping period for every product category is posted and usual runs 1 to 2 weeks.
The freight carriers are Fedex and USPS. IB pack all product in a manner to prevent damage during transit but as with all freight, damage can occur. IB is not responsible for the performance of the carrier, including in the case of late, delayed, or damaged shipments and can provide no guarantees with respect to carrier delivery times.
Buyer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. IB will not be responsible for orders shipped to a wrong address inputted by the Buyer.
Shipping charges are based on the Buyer's distance from shipping origin and weight and dimensions of the package. Charges are calculated during the checkout process. Buyer can view the shipping charges before the order is finalized. Shipping methods can vary, but IB recommends Fedex 2 Day or Overnight for all perishable products.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy
Due
to the nature of the products sold by IB, goods are not returnable or
exchangeable. All sales are final, no exceptions. Refunds for product
not received will be issued in the form of Store Credit only. Refund
requests must be made via email to itsbloomingflowers@gmail.com; after
review, if a refund is approved, a partial or full store credit refund
will be issued.
For some products, refunds or substitutes are options if there is a supply shortage. If a refund is chosen, it will be issued as a store credit.
All refunds issued are in the form of Store Credit/Gift Card. A Store Credit Coupon or Gift Card will be emailed once the refund is processed.
Orders cannot be cancelled. Order cancellation requests will not be accepted. Buyer should carefully review items in the shopping cart before checkout.
Claims / ReplacementsAny claim on product received must be submitted in writing via email to itsbloomingflowers@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Digital photographs must accompany the claim. Photographs should clearly feature the issue with the product or IB will request more images. Claims will be reviewed by IB, and will be either be approved or denied. On approval and at the sole discretion of IB, if the item is in stock, a replacement will be sent. Otherwise, a store credit will be issued to the Buyer via email equal to the purchase price of the item/s or amount of total sale. IB will inform Buyer via email whether or not the claim has been approved.
